Today's recipe:
Chicken Curry, Samosa, Vegetable Pulao, Cucumber Raita

Chicken Curry! We used a lot of tomatoes.
It was my first experience to use a rice cooker as a frying pan
Vegetable Pulao, basmati Rice recommended It goes really good with the chicken curry!

Here is the recipe for you
Ingredients:
•Chicken 鶏肉800 grams
•Onions 玉ねぎ4 medium
•Ginger 生姜(ペースト)1 tablespoon
•Garlic にんにく(ペースト)1 tablespoon
•Tomatoes トマト4 medium
•Fresh corianderフレッシュコリアンダー
leaves, chopped (みじん切り)1 tablespoon
•Salad Oil サラダ油4 tablespoons
•Turmeric powder ターメリック1/2 teaspoon
•Coriander powder コリアンダー1 tablespoons
•Cumin powder クミン1 tablespoons
•Red chilli powder レッドチリ1 teaspoon
•Garam masala powderガラムマサラ1 teaspoon
•Salt 塩 to taste.
Method:
1.Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Add onions and sauté till golden brown.
鍋に油を熱し、玉ねぎをあめ色になるまで炒める。
2.Add ginger paste and garlic paste and continue to sauté for two to three minutes, stirring continuously.
生姜ペーストとにんにくペーストを加え、混ぜながら2~3分炒める。
3.Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
ターメリック、コリアンダー、クミン、レッドチリパウダーを加え、よく混ぜ合わせる。
4.Add pureed tomato and stir. Cook till oil separates from the masala.
トマトピューレを加え、混ぜる。油が分離してくるまで煮る。
5.Add the chicken pieces and salt. Sauté on high heat for five-eight minutes.
鶏肉と塩を加え、強火で5~8分煮る。
6.Add two cups water, bring to a boil, cover and cook till the chicken is fully done.
Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
水2カップを入れ、一度沸騰させて蓋をし、鶏肉にしっかりと火が通るまで煮る。
ガラムマサラとフレッシュコリアンダーをかけて食べる。
